OWNER/HAIRSTYLISTBrittany’s passion for all things hair & beauty are deep within her family roots. Inspired by her grandparents, Doreen & Royston, who had their own Beauty Salon in 1952, Brittany always dreamt of having her own Beauty Boutique. After starting in the industry as just a co-op student in 2007, it didn’t take long for Brittany to realize that doing hair as a career was something she would want to do for the rest of her life, as the industry always held a special place in her heart. After completing her co-op placement, she then worked part time after school as a hairstylist assistant at a prestige Salon & Spa. It would be a surprise to most to see Brittany anywhere other than at school or in the Salon. In high school, Brittany qualified for an early apprenticeship program at Georgian College, and continued to study hairstyling until she graduated at the top of her class.
At 21, Brittany started her own mobile business, travelling to her clients’ homes to do their hair and makeup. With an increase in client demand, her business grew to a point where she decided to open her first boutique in Bradford in January 2013. In February 2023, BBBeauty Boutique celebrated 10 years in business, and Brittany is so honoured to have such an amazing clientele, team & supportive community to make this growth achievable!
Hair is our biggest accessory. How we want to express our style can be just within a great colour & cut. Brittany loves sharing her passion with her clients, reaching their beauty goals and seeing them leave so happy is such a reward to her.
The beauty industry is constantly evolving and trends are rapidly changing. To Brittany, education is the key to success. She continues to expand her knowledge of the industry by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry’s top leaders.
Brittany is not only here to keep her clients feeling empowered & beautiful, but also to provide ongoing support for her growing team of professionals. It is her vision to create a work and life balance for her employees, while providing them with professional guidance and resources to be successful.

HAIRSTYLISTTracey has been a professional hair stylist, colourist and hair extension specialist at BBBeauty since 2020.
She has been in the industry since 2011 and a licensed hair stylist since 2013.
Tracey worked in a previous salon her entire career, starting at the age of 18. She took a position as an assistant to get a feel of what a career in hairstyling might look like and immediately fell in love! She eagerly started her apprenticeship while learning and working in a salon environment to earn her education towards her license.
Truly passionate about her chosen career, Tracey is always staying on top of the trends. She continues to work on her skills and knowledge by always looking for new ways to perfect her craft. By taking a variety of classes over the years, this allows her to keep current with new techniques. Tracey loves working with a client’s vision to create something unique and custom for each person. She truly believes in educating her clients on products and maintenance for their hair care needs, in order for them to maintain the achieved look from the chair to their home. Balayage, blonding and hair extensions are where she finds her most inspiration and loves to create natural lived in colour and textured cuts. It is so rewarding being able to transform her clients’ look with the addition of a weft or tape extension application. Tracey always wants her clients to feel heard and attended to when it comes to their goals with their hair, and work towards their vision as a team!

HAIRSTYLISTFlo has been a senior hair stylist for over 6 years and has always worked in the Bradford area. Flo completed her schooling at Canadian Beauty College in Newmarket, and is passionate about continuing her education to keep herself up to date on the latest beauty trends!
Flo has taken a number of different courses from Redken and other internationally-acclaimed brands for a whole range of different skills, from cutting to colouring, blow-drying and hair extensions.
Flo has worked determinedly throughout her career to ensure that she has a well-rounded set of skills and can do anything from simple blow-outs, to up-dos, to shoulder length and longer haircuts, as well as a range of colour services and hair extensions. Colour services she offers are; baby lights, balayage, grey coverage and full colours. She is talented in all areas of hair but really loves and specializes in blonding services for longer hair. From the moment you sit in Flo’s chair, she is focal to the details in her client consultations to together find the ultimate hair goal and the best game plan to achieve it, while still protecting the health of her clients hair.
Flo is super friendly and personable, and loves getting to know her clients both professionally and personally to give them the best hair experience that she possibly can!

HAIRSTYLISTLori has been a stylist for the last 32 years. Starting her career at the age of 16, at her aunts’ salon, she knew very young that hairstyling would be a lifelong passion. After all these years, she is still doing what she loves as a hairstylist.
As a member of our team since 2018, her clientele has grown strong. A lover of beauty and fashion, she has honed her skills over the years. Specializing in permanent waves, women's short styles and men's cuts, she is here to leave a lasting impression on her clients.
Lori is always at the forefront of her game and is best known for her hairstyle & glowing tan. She greets everyone with a smile and has an amazing impact on each client she services.

HAIRSTYLISTAfi joined our salon in 2020 and has been in this industry since 2015.
She’s so creative, versatile and passionate about her craft. She specializes in unique highlighting techniques such as balayage and baby-lights. She loves doing short, sleek haircuts and transforming a clients’ look. Afi creates a relaxed environment for her clients and looks forward to making them look and feel their best.
Her creativity doesn’t stop behind the chair, she also loves to cook , bake and travel.
She is a new mom who loves her family dearly and can’t wait to be back behind the chair again after her maternity leave!

HAIRSTYLIST APPRENTICE & AESTHETICIAN
Chantal has always had a passion for the beauty industry since she first took cosmetology back in high school. It was then she felt she could be creative without judgment. When Chantal finished esthetic school she later on decided to become a hair stylist, as she enjoys making clients feel beautiful after every service.
Chantal is one year away from finishing beauty college and will be writing her license in the same year she finishes. She will be in the industry for 4 years once she has completed school. Chantal is glad her clients had the chance to watch her continually grow through her career in becoming a hairstylist.
Chantal is known for her relaxing scalp massages when performing the boutique’s Signature Spa Shampoo. Her favourite moment with clients is making them feel pampered, relaxed and making their shampoo service one to remember.
The best part of my career: “Making my clients feel beautiful. As of right now, with blow dry styling and facial waxing, but I will soon be offering more beauty services behind the chair. Growing a connection between clients and seeing them leave with a smile on their faces, is a great reward. Knowing they feel beautiful when their services are finished.”

Megan is a passionate and dedicated hair apprentice with a love for all things hair. She has always been fascinated by the art of hairstyling, and is committed to learning as much as she can about this exciting and dynamic field.
She is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling, and always looking for new ways to improve her skills and expand her knowledge. Megan is excited to continue growing and developing as a hairstylist, and is committed to providing clients with the highest level of care and attention.
The best part of my career: “The opportunity to learn from some of the most talented and experienced hairstylists in the industry. I have been able to observe their techniques, ask questions, and receive feedback, which has helped me to improve my skills and build my own personal style, confidence and technique as a stylist.
I have also enjoyed the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients with different hair types, textures, and styles. This has challenged me to think creatively and to come up with solutions that are tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Finally, I love being a part of a team that is passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a client leave the salon with a big smile on their face, knowing that I played a part in making them feel confident and beautiful.”

LEAD HAND RECEPTIONIST & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Kate is the Salon Coordinator and Receptionist at BBBeauty Boutique, with 18+ years of experience in this role. She is the ultimate coordinator of our team’s schedules and ensures all clients’ beauty needs are tailored to their preference. Kate will be sure you are well taken care of by scheduling your appointments, setting you up with specific product needs and even having that perfect latte brewed for your appointment with us.
Your salon experience starts and ends with Kate. Her ultimate goal is to be sure all guests leave with a smile on their faces and excited about returning! A love of management and customer service has brought Kate to BBBeauty Boutique, and she is excited to expand her knowledge about the beauty industry.

A little history
THE story behind BBBeauty
Owner Brittany’s passion for all things hair & beauty are deep within her family ‘roots’. Inspired by her grandparents, who had their own Beauty Salon in 1952, Brittany always dreamt of having her own Beauty Boutique.
At 21, Brittany started her own mobile business, travelling to her clients’ homes to do their hair and makeup. With an increase in client demand, her business grew to a point where she decided to open her first boutique in Bradford, Ontario. Working in only 280 square feet on Holland St., her business began to overflow with clients, and she realized it was time to start hiring other hair stylists. After two years of hard work and dedication, her staff and clientele flourished beyond capacity where they required a bigger space.
In 2015, BBBeauty moved to a spacious salon of 1,300 square feet on John Street W. in Bradford. Three years later, the business continued to grow to a point where they had to move again into their current location at 7 John Street E. in Bradford. This heritage home was renovated tremendously to be the forever home of BBBeauty Boutique. The space was designed for our artists to come together to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Together with the support of family, friends and the team, Brittany’s passion for style and beauty is on display in the new modern Boutique. With room to grow, the business continues to thrive with every client leaving the Boutique in love with their new hairstyle and their experience with our team!
