booking deposit policy

A deposit is required to book an appointment with our salon. Your deposit is applied to your final bill at checkout.

DEPOSIT FEES:
Haircuts, Blowdries & Consultations - *$20
Colour & Style, Up-dos & Perms - *$100

cancellation policy

24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this is breached your deposit is forfeited as a NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL FEE. When your appointment is pre-booked from your last visit, no deposit is required. If our policy is breached, you are required to pre pay the owing NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL FEE prior to booking any future appointments.

alteration policy

If you have any concerns or require any tweaks to your hair, please notify us within 7 days of your services to book a complimentary alteration with your stylist. We do not offer refunds on services.

As a courtesy, our salon will send you a 24 & 48 hour reminder to help prevent enforcing our cancellation policy. Thank you for supporting our small business.
