LEVEL-BASED SALON

We are a level-based salon, which means our stylists’ level and prices depend on the demand of their chair. Pricing for services can fluctuate according to the length and abundance of your hair, as well as the product required to achieve your goal.  

PRICING

All over the phone quotes are provided at base pricing. We recommend scheduling a consultation with your stylist prior to your services, to discuss your goals and ask for more detailed pricing based on what you’re looking for.  

CONSULTATIONS

Any consultations booked require a $20 deposit. If you choose to schedule your hair colour/cut appointment with your stylist at the time of your consultation, your $20 deposit will be applied towards your required $100 deposit to reserve your appointment session. Otherwise, your consultation fee is charged at the time of that appointment.

BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY

In order to schedule an appointment, all services valued over $100, require a deposit on file prior to booking. When booking any services valued under $100, a $20 deposit is required. These deposits are then applied to your final bill at checkout.  

If you are not comfortable with our booking policy, same-day bookings are not subject to a deposit. If there are any available appointments, they are featured on our Instagram story for you to schedule the day of.  

As a courtesy, our front desk team provides appointment confirmation emails and text messages with the details of your scheduled services. To avoid forfeiture of your deposit and/or any no-show or late cancellation fees, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

GRACE PERIOD/MULTIPLE MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY

If there are repeated, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, the following applies:  

If you’re running late, will always do our best to accommodate you. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more are subject to a $20 late fee. 

Missed appointments that occur more than once may result in a full service amount being charged. 

REMINDERS/POLICIES

Courtesy reminder will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your appointment.

 48 hour Reminder will be Texted to you where confirmation will be required by clicking the provided link.

 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment to refrain from any late cancel fees.

Please note that failure to confirm your appointment does not constitute cancellation of your scheduled services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any late cancellation fees. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

To rebook after a late cancellation or no-show appointment, both the outstanding late fee and a new appointment deposit will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled with our team.

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s), even if time no longer allows us to complete the originally booked service. We will always do our best to accommodate. It is important for our valued clients to know that when forgetting or cancelling an appointment without sufficient notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that appointment spot, and our clients waiting for services miss out on available appointments.  

Due to the time and materials that go into your customized services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to offer complimentary alterations to your original look, within 7 days of your appointment. Please reach out to our front desk team to schedule your alteration with your same stylist. We want you to love your hair every day! 

ALTERATIONS POLICY

We want you to love your hair everyday! BBBeauty offers a 7 day alteration period on existing colour + cuts. In order to qualify you must meet the following requirements:
• Minor tweaks to your existing look-no new colour requests
• Adjustments to tone or placement
• Changes to the haircut

*Please note: New styles or goals require a separate appointment. High-fashion colours are not covered under this policy.
